Certified Medical Coder (CPC)
Review charts and assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes across multiple specialties. You'll work alongside our AI coding engine — catching what it flags, teaching it where it's wrong, and keeping first-pass accuracy high for the independent practices we serve.
Medical Billing Specialist
Own the claim lifecycle end to end — submission, scrubbing, payment posting, and patient statements — for a portfolio of practices. You know clearinghouses, payer rules, and how to get clean claims out the door fast.
Denials & A/R Recovery Specialist
Turn denials into dollars. You'll work aging A/R, write and file appeals, fight underpayments, and find the patterns that stop denials before they happen. Persistence and payer savvy required.
Customer Success Manager
Be the trusted partner for practice owners and office managers. You'll onboard new practices, run revenue reviews, surface wins, and make sure every customer feels the difference of having billing handled. Healthcare or RCM background a big plus.
Growth Marketing Manager
Build the engine that gets Taiga in front of independent practices — content, SEO, lifecycle email, paid, and partnerships. You're equally comfortable writing a landing page and reading an attribution dashboard.
Sales Development Representative
Start conversations with practice owners drowning in admin and show them there's a better way. You'll run outbound, qualify inbound, and book demos for the founders. Clear communicator, thick skin, genuinely curious about how practices run.
