Taiga provides medical billing services for healthcare providers, including accurate coding, pre-submission review, managed appeals, and revenue insights. Our services are designed to help providers streamline their billing operations and maximize revenue recovery.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for billing services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare and billing regulations
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our website - including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software - are the exclusive property of Bayes AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement between you and Taiga. All fees are due as specified in your agreement. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, patient information, billing data, business processes, and financial information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taiga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Taiga in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bayes AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
